Only one of many special canyon views at Turkey Run State Park. There are several places at the park which bring you down where the shallow water runs most of the year, the fallen pieces of trees and parts ripped from storms or age lying broken here and there, with towering trees and hanging ferns and foliage leaning in above you. It's cooler down here in the canyons, a good place to hike in the summer. Feeling and seeing microclimate changes in this environment can be a study of its own.
